We use Air tube bag to pack our panels so the package will be light in weight and well protected, you may see the edge and the back of the panel(s) have some wrinkles & dents by the time they arrived, please do not worry because the air tubes were pushing against the foam during transportation, giving it a few days and the memory foam will resume its original shape. The comfort foam was added to our panel not only for a better long-time wearing experience but also to protect the panel from drop impacts on the ground.
